I've been using the Media editor inserted a movie in my Panorama and this would now be controlled via a button or on a master node. Is that possible? The film is to be played only when I press a button determines!
Thank you very much

Happy new year!!!!!!!!! :D

Hi Patric
You can use the buttons action Play, Stop Pause, play/pause Media in the skin editor.
Just make sure when you add the video you give it a unique ID and use this ID in the Target field in the skins button.
Example:
The video in the media editor has the ID: video_one
Set its Loop to -1
The play button in the skin will have the action, Mouse Click => Play Media => Loop: 1 => Target: video_one

Thank you! I understand that!
Can I implement this just with a master node? So without button?

Example:
A laptop is opened and on the screen there is a movie that was inserted via the Media Editor, I also want to press the mouse pad so that the film is running!

best regards

Hi Patrick
I am still a little confused with your explanation.

In the Media editor you can have a pinned video that can have a click action Play/Pause or use the media button actions in the skin.
What you can also do is add a rectangle over the panorama and on click hide the rectangle and play the video. The rectangles colour picker can be set to 10 making it transparent.

Those are just some idea's

Hallo Hopki,
this is the way i now!
Basically my question is this:
I wish that a movie ( or picture ) at a specific point ( hidden ) in the panorama (for example on a monitor in the panorama, in a frame or a wall) is played. This I want to let execute an action. The action is carried out and the movie is played at this point.
I can not find solution how can I insert a movie by the Media Editor
which can be displayed only on action.
Please Hopki and users apologizes that I ask so many stupid things, but sometimes it is really hard to find out simple things.
I still have many questions! Offers Garden Gnome perhaps a seminar or training? Or do you know someone who offers it?
Thank you very much.....

Hi Patrick,
To check my understanding as you pan the image around when you get to a particular position, Pan/Tilt this would trigger an action such as a video popup and start playing? If so then this is not possible, I do believe this has been asked before and may be a feature request, however looking I can not see it. I will forward this to Thomas to check, if not I will add it.

Hallo Hopki,
I can explain it to you best by example.
The link to the panorama is: .... please use Safari

http://upload.patrickjelen.de/Haus01/04.html

You see the movie directly at the window over the bathtub and it can be played if you press on the movie ( and it open up ) or you click on the camera icon and it plays on same position.
My wish is that the movie is hidden in the beginning and if i click one the camera symbol the movie will be visible.
In the end: A movie/picture which is take from the Media Editor into the Panorama who is not visible in the beginning. And by a click ( action ) it will be
visible in the panorama.

thank you very much
