Skin gets bellow screen

Hello,

I've made my 360º photo, but my skin gets bellow the screen, as you can see in the link below:

Another problem is a white border at the top of the page.

I've tried but i can't solve these problems.

Try these output settings:Flash format
Also select scaling with Windows option its important. Hope this solves ur problem

That solved the problem! :DD

But now I have another one... when I put an image into my skin and a hyperlink on it, it does'nt work.
It's configurated to click and go to URL, but it won't go.

Another one: I use Flash Fallback, but when it uses the Flash file, my skin doesn't work. I've put an image to my skin, but it doesn't appear when I open the .html file. When I open the .swf file, it appears!

Both Flash and HTML5 outputs are set to the same skin.

If someone can help, I'd be very thankful.
