Copy Actions/Modifiers

Hi,
Is it possible to copy & paste Actions/Modifiers between different elements in a Skin, something similar to Copy & Paste Layer Style in Photoshop?

This would be a huge time saver feature!

Also having the ability to dump a formatted listing of all elements and their actions/modifiers to a text file would be great too.

You can copy and paste an image or button, then just change the image with keeping all the actions.
Same for Rectangles and text boxes.
