pano2qtvr v1.6.2 + Windows Vista Home Premium

I am having some troble with pano2qtvr + Windows Vista. I try to generate a QtVR Mov file, and it doesn't seem to work right. What happens is:

- If I try to include a low-res preview version, pano2qtvr gives an error and I get an uncomplete .mov file + a .mot file
- If I don't include a low-res preview, I get no errors but the final .mov file size is just 32bytes

Any clues?
