VR ready to send to customer ...

Hi,
I have a problem to get my VR-Tour ready for my customers Marketing Agency. As the Path (my local Workstation e.g. D:\pano\...) of the linked panos is written in the QT or Flash file, I canâ€™t copy the whole thing into an other Folder or burn it on DVD. The Hotspots are not working anymore.
So my Question is, how I prepare a VR-Tour to give it to anybody.

(Especially to Webdesigner)

Try taking out the full path, so that it is localized to just the immediate directories. For example, if your pans are in a folder called "pans", just remove the elements of the path that refer to the drive and root directory. In other words, instead of

D://mydocuments/webpans/movies/mypan.mov

just have

movies/mypan.mov

or

../movies/mypan.mov

if the pan is in another directory, in which case you will have to instruct the viewer to go back a directory (../) and find the right one.

It's pretty much the same technique as used in web develoment.
