no... because you need a 360 view entire time... ptgrey... 40 000 dollars
yes... will not be full 360... but you if you have a camera with video function... shoot the entire area as you would with a normal pano... then the area you want to be video, you continue shooting...in video...
if you have quicktime pro you can extract each image from the movie...
stitch the first pano... then batch stitch the rest incorporating each video frame (much if you using a fisheye) ... thats it... a partial video pano...
the frames would need to be the same dimentions throughout though...
