How long can I use a license?
1 year, 2 years, 5 years, unlimited?

eldariel is right. The key will work for all 2.x versions. You only need to upgrade if you want to use a newer version.

We wanted to know, because my dad want to buy this software for his school, so students can work with it and make nice panorama's for projects and learn more of panorama's and see what they could do with pictures. But we also couldn't find the prices for things like that. Has he to buy for every pc on his school a single license, or can we buy 1 special license we can put on every pc.
My dad will contact soon, first he have to show the software etc to some colleagues.
I said I would try to get some more information for him.

and if your dad wanted to buy it for school for more than 1 PC than you need a company license, than you can use program on more than 1 PC.
