Is it just me or does the skin editor crash often?

Is it just me or does the skin editor crash often when working on a detailed skin?

If a few changes are made it seems that it just cant handle it...

No it's not just you.
It has MAJOR memory issues once you get into any detailed work.

Hopefully Thomas is working on a fix.

Smourt if you are using windows vista try to upgrade to SP2 i have same problem ones, but after upgrade problem was solved
i was on same PC (win vista home prem : 3mb Ram / ati 1gb ram / core 2x 2.4mHz)
