jpe encrypted files

Hi,
I have some old tours that were produced with tourweaver and would like to create new tours using pano2vr but the output files from tourweaver are encrypted *.jpe format.

I would normally just use the origonal pano's but the backup CD is corrupt.

Is there a way of removing the encryption?
