Controler for sight HELP!

I've made My first V-Tour for a customer and I'd like to include a controler in the site. I want to embed the tour and controler and not have it open in a different page. Like this

I'm not sure how to add the controler into the file and be able to drag it inot the site.


I'm also having a problem with the tour being very choppy with flash. I have a very fast internet connection but it's still looks like the frame rate is low (even though it's set to 50 fps)

Any suggestions?
