Setting a relative path when embedding a controller

A quick question:

When embedding a controller, is there a way to set a relative path for it? If not, is this something that can/will be added or is this a feature users can get soon?

You can simple add the path to the controller line (you can edit the text in the drop down box) but you need to copy the controller file manually into the right place.
