auto rotation question

This is a question that applies to Pano2QTVR Flash as well:
Auto rotation seems a reasonable way to give the first time visitor a hint that they are not looking at a still picture. But once the visitor has figured out that one can click & drag, it becomes an annoyance. Especially when one want to look at a certain part of the pano in more detail and the thing starts to turn again. Auto rotation also uses a LOT of CPU processing, which makes the interface less responsive. So the question is: Can one have the Flash pano auto rotate until the visitor has clicked & dragged and then stop automatically? I know one can do this with a button, but from observing first time viewers they are already quite overwhelmed and don't realize that things will run more smoothly with autorotation turned off.

From remarks by other panorama photographers I know I am not the only one who would like to find a solution for this.

You can also set the delay to 99999 seconds. I will think of an option for it like "never restart".
