Hi!
I created panorama and I have small problem.
So the resolution is 1600x1200
For mobile I use 1024x960 and 500x400.
Unfortunately, when I open website with panorama, then is bad quality, but if I will delete this two resolutions for mobile, then everything is ok.
Also I have problem with Chrome, panorama appear for 3-4 seconds, and the Chrome shut down.
Any advices?
Problem with mobile resolution.

So your panorama is a cylinder or " the resolution is 1600x1200"
Your output is Flash only ? or Flash & HTML5 output ?
For HTML5 did you select [x] Turn distortion off
Which version of pano2vr are you using ??
You said you also have the issue with Chrome? Which device and Chrome version ?
Of course your computer a PC ? But which operating system ? XP, Vista or Win 8

Panorama is spherical and normal resolution for panorama from ptgui was 15000x7500 but in pano2vr I create 1600x1200.360Texas wrote:So your panorama is a cylinder or " the resolution is 1600x1200"

You will get best results using Multiresolution instead of Mobile.
Remove the Mobile settings.
For a 15k wide pano I would use a tile size of 512
levels of 4096, 2048, and 1024
On Advanced Settings under Preview set Type to Color and Resolution to 1:4
On the Settings tab with multiresolution the Cube Face Size is ignored but set the Image Quality to your liking.
On the HTML tab if you check Flash fallback player then a flash version will also be created using the same tiles created for the HTML5 version.

To have different flash and HTML5 output, you have two choices.
1 - Create complete separate Flash and HTML5 skins use on for each output.
- On the HTML tab of the HTML5 output for Flash fallback file: include your .swf flash file.
2 - Using Skin Editor 2 to create your skin, for each object that you want unique behavior in Flash and HTML5 use Properties | Advance to exclude objects in Flash and HTML5.
- On the HTML tab of the HTML5 output check Flash fallback player, but leave Flash fallback file blank.
