Hi!
I have some problem with skin editor. I have background on my skin. On this backrgaound I created button to a photo, but then this button doesn't work. Is pano2vr has also layers like photoshop? Background above, then button, which is under will not work? I tried to find solution in tutorials, but I didn't find it (or maybe I miss this part).

Yes, in the Pano2VR skin there are layers similar to Photoshop but different order.

Photoshop layer list bottom is to the back. It is possible to rename the original image to layer 0 in order to place content behind the image.

Pano2VR Skin Tree layer list bottom is to the front. It is NOT possible to rename the original panorama image to layer 0. You can not place content behind the panorama image.

Pano2VR IF you place a transparent layer on top of (or lower down on the tree list) an action object (clickable button) the button will not function even though you can see it. (I think this is correct). It would be necessary to move the button down the list so it can be seen AND function.

1 -- | Panorama image layer
2-- | action button behind and below transparent layer
3-- | transparent layer
Button not functional even though it can be seen through the transparent layer

1-- | Panorama image layer
3-- | transparent layer
2-- | action button in front or below in Skin tree layer below transparent layer
Button should be functional because it is over top of the transparent layer

Hope this helps

Here is picture of how I think the skin layer orientation might look.
