Hi,
I found that with the V4.5 beta2 in HTML5 now white text is rendered in black. This was not the case in V4.5beta1.
Cheers

Hi,
Please can you give more details, I need to be able to reproduce a bug and provide files before I can report it. So far for me I can add a text bot to the skin with a black background set at alpha 50 with white text?
Please see this link for information I will require.
Regards,
Hopki

What I remember from a conversation with Thomas:
#0000850: This will not be fixed in Flash, as it would be really to much to modify and it could cause other problems to fix that in flash.
Jare,
#0000855: Thanks for your info, so I can save some testing-time...!
The same happens here with Windows 7 and V4.5 beta2, but only when I use the action "set text". For example, if I have a text element with white text it works fine. But when I use the action to change the same text element, the font color goes to black. It seems that the "set text" action is overwriting the original parameters of the text element to the default values, including alignment and the rectangle parameters.Kifo wrote:Hi,

The way I've found to live with this little bug is add HTML tags to the new text in the "set text" action. I.E. <font color="#FFFFFF"></font> or <p align="justify" style="color:#FFFFFF"></p>
Hope it help with your problem.
And Gnomes, please have a look at this.
