Mouse-over popup label for media image

After some absence, I am getting back to tour building. My latest project requires adding still pop-up images to each pano scene in the tour.
I have 15 scenes so adding all images in the skin is too cumbersome. I would like to use the Media feature in 4.1 pro but cannot find a way to add a short text label that will pop-up on mouse-over before the image is selected. Is there a way to use the Media element ID to create this action?
My apologies if this question has already been answered, but my forum search was unsuccessful.
