Loading bar not showing up in flash output

I have a standard loading bar that shows up in the html version http://vr20.businesscatalyst.com/output/VR_CIAL.html, but not the flash version http://vr20.businesscatalyst.com/output/VR_CIAL_1.html

Another issue I have is the starting zoom is correct in the flash version (zoomed out) but not in the html version (zoomed in).

Any pointers much appreciated.

Do you use multiresolution or externalise panorama images for flash output?
It seems like the swf file is too small so loader disappears instantly.

I use multi resolution. For me the html file shows up too fast for the loader but the flash file has a blank screen for about 8 seconds.
