Hot spot edit. is there a quick way to change?

Hi Guy's, I'm just putting together a multi pano tour as a .ggpkg but will need to be adding in more hotspots over time and wanted to ask if there is a quicker way to re-save the file or does it all have to be re created again?

Hi Geoff,
Has to be republished, however if first made with Multi Resolution make sure Create Files in the Multi Res tab is deselected.
This will output almost instantly.
