Those are special Flash files that do something similar to the Skin in Flash 9. On windows those files are automatically installed but I missed to do that on Mac. You can download this package
Flash8Controller.zip
Flash8 controller files
(247.73 KiB) Downloaded 386 times
and extract it to <home>/Library/Application Support/GardenGnomeSoftware/Flash8Controller or you can choose your own path in the preferences. After a restart of Pano2VR you should see those files in the drop down box. If you deploy the panorama you also need to copy the controller file manually to the web server. I will make this simpler in beta5 but for now this is a workaround.

ok it works ... it is nice becouse not everybody use flash 9 at the moment.
(my clients are very frightened about computer and to "download" flash 9 it is too difficult)
Now... can you please tell me what are those "zig-zag" lines and how to take off?

This can be controlled with the rendering quality.... You can trade speed for quality. Higher values will reduce the waviness. This topic has been covered already several time here.
