Change skin in smartphone devices

I have a tour that is shown in more devices: PC, tablet and smartphone. In the smartphone devices there is a small space on the display, than there is a way to load a different skin for the smartphone devices?

There are tips on this somewhere in the tips section I think. I did see it once. For sure.

I saw in the "Tips" page, and I haven't found anything that looked like to my request
