I cannot figure out why I have this error message.

This content requires HTML5/CSS3, WebGL, or Adobe Flash Player Version 9 or higher.

Any idea of what can be wrong? It's a HTML/Flash Pano2VR. The SWF dragged to the browser window works fine.

I have 4 or 5 images and they are all named the same way. vr01.html, vr02.html, etc.

Hi,
The input image names not the output.
To save time can you send your project?

Hi,
I have the same problem this morning. The input filename is "parc-esplanade-01.tif".

My HTML5 output contains a Flash panorama (fallback) which is "parc-esplanade-01.swf"

If you want the project, I can send it to you. What do you want? The skin, the .p2vr file and TIFF file?

Regards

Hi,
Rename the preview images and use them as the inputs.
You can then send the p2vr, input images (reduced size), I can download the skin from your first post.
Please also state if you are using Pano2VR V3 or 4.x and if using Pro or not.

Hopki

Hi Kopki,

Could you tell me which process generates the preview file?
I solved my problem but I am not sure what solved the problem. Does Pano2VR keeps some temporary files? Does a restart can solve some problems?
Is it possible that some information from the user data dialog box could cause the problem? I am using some placeholder in my skin.

Thanks Luc

HI Luc,
When you save a p2vr project file Pano2VR generates smaller preview versions of all the input images.
Example if your input image is called Park_01.tiff, it will generate a Park_01.preview.jpg when you save the project file.
The preview is always a jpg regardless in input image type.
Just rename to preview to Park_01.jpg and use it as your input image.
In the above the tiff was over 80MB, the preview is 190KB, so now small enough to be e-mailed to support as long as you can still reproduce the error you have.

Re it now working, you must have changed something.

Hopki
