I just purchased the upgrade to Pano2VR 4.0 so that I could have hotspots working on my HTML 5 pans. The same file that creates them perfectly in Flash gets nothing in HTML 5 firefox. Do I need to do something else to activate them for HTML 5? Thanks James

I see your question was answered off the forum. But for everyone else who may be asking the same question, Area Hotspots are not supported in HTML5. However, polygon (and point) hotspots do work in both Flash and HTML5.

Is there any way make polygon hotspots display in HTML5 on a touch screen (such as iPad) that does not respond to ‘mouse enter’ and ‘mouse leave’ commands?

Using a node marker, I have not been able to find an equivalent to:
Advanced settings => Polygon Hotspots => Show Current.
Advanced settings => Hotspot Text Box => Enabled.

Just to be clear, I would like a poly hotspot to display only when tapped. Another tap would hide it.

Hi Judy,
The Apple device does not allow us to do this.
However in the new Object2VR there are actions to turn on and off the polygons from the skin.
So these new actions should make it in the next release of Pano2VR, to be confirmed.
This still does not accomplish what you want but at least you can have a button to toggle them visible.

Thanks, Hopki. I wondered if I was missing the correct technique.
