upgrading from pano2QTVR to pano2VR

Will I lose the functions of pano2qtvr pro+flashpack if I upgrade to pano2vr?
Or are they 2 seperate packages?
In particular, I need the object capability which pano2vr does not have

They are two separate programs. You keep both and thus, both are usable.
