Tweaking output of index.html and .js files

Hi,

I like my output directory clean and tidy. To do this I want to move all .js files to the recources directory. I managed to tweak the normal.ggt script to change the path to the .js files to resources, but after generating all files I always have to move the skin.js file and de pano2vr_player.js to the resources directory. I tried a line like "document.addfile("pano2vr_player.js","resources/pano2vr_player.js");"
Problem is the file path in the first tag. It is relative to the place of the normal.ggt file ....

Is it possible to generate those files in the recources directory or move them autmagicaly ?
