What software do you use to convert Video to SWF?

First time ever I need to import local video to the skin. I need it with player, timeline etc. So only option for this is to convert video to SWF and insert it through SWF external file. There are many tools for this task but all of them (that I already tried) have some bad sides. So I decided to ask Pano2VR users what tools they use.

Thanks, I tried 3rd version, but result is unpredictable slow or fast each time I play it in the tour. Don't know for what reason. Even on the same computer it may play faster than original or with the original speed or slower.

Ok. My searches ends with nothing more suitable than Flash Video Studio. But why it fasten my videos? Maybe some encoding settings are wrong? Need result badly

Hi,
Set Pano2VR to the same frame rate as the video under the Visuals Tab.
Default is 50 FPS so your video will run at that speed too.
Or if you can set the frame rate of the video to 50.
