distorted hotspot - how exact?

I want to reach the function called interactive area.
I tried this with hotspot with "3D distortion" checked, but the right placing and size was impossible for me to reach.What for is the "3D distance"?

Is it possible with the current version of Pano2Vr? This functionality was not success with Media image distorted image I also attempted.

My test with Pano2VR is here: http://virtualpanorama.cz/iapano2vr/ - here you have to click, I wasn’t able to do it with mouse over and mouse leave. Do not know why.....

I don't think there's a way to do this with a large object such as a door. I've tried and haven't been successful. See this discussion.

Yes, I think this is not possible in the current version of Pano2VR.
