The beta keeps on getting better.
I love that the individual tile settings have made it in to the beta, Thanks Thomas!
However I'm experiencing some minor errors with beta2b
1) The sepia/grayscale preview does not get generated any more, it just shows up as a solid color.
2) When double-clicking a p2vr file I get a pop-up window with an error message:
File C:/Documents and Settings/Ingemar/Application Data/GardenGnomeSoftware/qt.tif can't be opened.
Pano2VR then starts and finds my file (qt.tif) that is actually stored in a different location than above, and everything works fine...

Errors: Missing Preview / double-clicking p2vr file
I have fixed bug 1 in beta2c. Can you send me the .p2vr for bug 2? I tried to reproduce it, but I was not able to.

I've managed to figure out the reason for bug 2
I had created 1 QTVR-, and 1 Flash output template, and then chose "Save as default".
What happens is that if an *input* image also has been selected when choosing "Save as default", it too will be saved.
Later when starting Pano2VR, or double-clicking a p2vr file, it will try to find the input image in Pano2VR's "home" directory.
After I removed the input image (left the field blank), and chose "Save as default" again, it works as expected
