720º panorama, is this possible in Pano2VR?

I would like to combine two panoramas in one 720º pano, like this example:

Can this be done in Pano2VR in both Flash and HTML5?
If it is possible than I really would like that the dissolve happens at the 180º mark.

Any thoughts out there how to do this?

yes, can be.

use $cur = current pan/tilt/fov - (use in open next panorama target field)
$cur is Current Position. Place it in the Pan/Tilt/FOV as this is your target.

Ahh, that was the one I was looking for.
Thanx!
I'll have a shot at it.

Hmm, how do I check on the point that I want the 'open next panorama' to happen without a mouse click?

Sorry if I ask for the obvious, but I don't see it yet...

Sorry, I do appreciate your help, but I'm feeling rather stupid now.
Auto redirect? Where can I find that?

No I use the regular 4 beta.

So it is only possible in the Pro version?

I'd like to know how to do this also. There's been some interest by others. It is a nice thing to do to show the passage of time. For example, take on pano in the day time and then on from the same place at twilight and rotate the daylight image into the twilight image and then back again.

It's not obvious how to do that with just rotation cues. One should be able to rotate in either direction and fade into the next/previous pano at each 360 rotation. The example in the first post is exactly what I want to do. How do you do that?

A good step by step tutorial would be useful.

Hi 360vr_nl

It may not be possible to replicate exactly as krpano example. but u can use a button to switch between the two panos (in the button settings use for syncing same angle:$cur = current pan/tilt/fov as told by tong).also if its not controlled by user then auto node change is a good option to try with transitions enabled in visual tab. calculate the time required to complete 360' at the given pan speed, then set that time in change node feature.

I have downloaded the krpano sample, & what i understood is that the switching is controlled from an external XML file, so when you are dragging the mouse for every 360' the scene switches. Does anyone know if its possible to control from an swf file from external XML file in pano2vr.

Thanks Kris,

But what I see from the screenshot of Tong, it seems that Pano2VR only can do it in a timeframe, as you said. And that is not an option for me.
I want to switch over (and back) to another panorama at a given rotation point.

So if it is not possible in the current version, let's make it an official feature request... 8)

And why only between two panos. Why not 3 or 4 or.....???

O yes, of course. 3 or 4 would be great. But in my current project I want to switch between 2.
That is why.
