iDevices is all about the o/s and webkit browser version and the devices RAM and match it up with the internet connection speed. Faster internet connection speed the faster the pano's will download to your device. Suggest trying using your wireless Wi-Fi then your G3 and 4 connection.

Have you updated your idevices?

"I still have problems with the iOS 6 and the iPhone skin. With iPhone 5 it works fine, but when I try to use my tours at iPhone 4, for example, it gets stuck."

I thought current version of IOS was 5.0(iPad; CPU OS 6_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebkit/536.26 (KHTML like Gecko) Version 6.0 Mobile/10b141 Safari/8536.25

On your idevice open your web browser and tap in..

javascript:alert(navigator.appVersion)

and press the Go button to learn what version you currently are using. If needed.. update your device.. then revisit your panoramas

Hi,
I used my own image but all your settings and skin from previous post.
Found some odd actions in the menu, touch screen devices should only have mouse click actions I found some enter and leave actions. I changed these to click.
I also changed the image compression to 70 from 90. iOS6 does not do internal image compression, iOS5 did so you need to add more.

Once done I tested with:

iPod Touch 4th Gen (iPhone 4 hardware except has less ram) iOS6.1.3 = OK

I've noticed the original size of a panorama image makes a difference. My images from my Canon Xti (6000px) were smoother than my Canon 7D (approx 13,000px) even when it was set to a max of 6000 once in the program. Not sure if it is actually something else, but this may be worth trying out.

Thanks,
Frank

I suspect you are referring to 'smooth' during autorotation rotation.

Smooth is a judgmental term.

Technically slower the rotation.. the rotation the smoother will be depending on which browser you are using on your device

But then you already knew this.

Thank you 360Texas. I already knew that. In fact, I don't use autorotation.

Thanks for your reply PORTtours! I have never tried this, but maybe it makes sense. I'll try!
