designing HTML5 skin for offline viewing with Goodreader

hi all,
just about to start designing an HTML5 skin for offline use with Goodreader on iPad - and come across a problem with the draft (can't upload the skin file here as a sensitive, 'white label' job). Hotspots link to pop up text boxes, which themselves contain a 'click here for more info' button that directs via URL _blank to a website. But the web page fills the Goodreader screen, and can't get back to the tour.......Have to close Goodreader, and re-open. Any work around ideas?
