V4 next to V3

Can the beta run alongside V3?
I'm relying on the software for some important work so loathed to try out a beta for that but it'd be good to have it running anyway for testing and making the transition to the V4pro.

I've recently upgraded to the V3 unbranded. So what'll be the upgrade cost to the V4Pro?

It is running fine side to side here. No problems. (OS X 10.8 )

Afaik the upgrade from unbranded 3 to pro 4 is EUR 60,- excl VAT
