Win 8 IE 10 HTML 5 and Flash

Been doing some reading about Windows 8, IE 10 and HTML 5.
Seems IE 10 will be HTMl 5 aware. But what about Flash ?
Microsoft did purchase a license from Adobe the Flash viewer source code for integrating it into IE 10.
So it appears that Win 8 IE10 will work with HTML 5 and Flash viewer. How ? Not sure yet as the development will not be complete until Win 8 is released.
