Jumping to URL which is an HTML page in the major folder

I've got Folder struture: FolderTopLevel; then under that Folder01; Folder02 and then under Folder01--> FolderA, FolderB, etc.
I'm building a skin that and want to put an action on a button "Jump to URL" action to jump up to a file in the major FolderTopLevel: I put in the URL slot "../../ListOfSites.html. I get an error when I click on the button even though the "ListeOfSites.html file is in the FolderTopLevel folder. Can I make such a link in Pano2VR? What am I doing wrong?

Wishlist: have a "Jump to HTML" action (using the ../../ types of formats) and keeping the "Jump to URL" too.
