HTML 5 Help

Hi There,
I'm currently working on a project and my client would like to have the tour working in flash and HTML 5 format, my question is how do i embed a HTML 5 tour in to a webpage? i dont want the tour to be full screen just so it loads in the web page on iphone/ipad.
I know this is a some what brief question but any help would be great.
