ipad/iphone app best output?

Hello everybody,
I've got client that are making for his hotel application and he would like to post it in apple store.
From my side he needs 360.
What should I use for his app as output HTML5 or QT?
I did small test before I offer to client outputs and i found that QT not supported for iDevises or its me doing something wrong?
Im asking about QT because with HTML5 programmer will face alote of files and QT make only one file
