Patch lines visible in final output

I have recently started to see patch lines in my equirectangular's and subsequently the tour scenes after patch editing. Here's a visual, it may be hard to see but I added some arrows to help.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have been looking at patches in great depth recently and can not reproduce what you are experiencing.
Is it possible that you can sen your project?
