Integrating multiple panoramas in one project

I'd like to make a virtual tour with several panorama's, linked together through a picture menu like Tommy Wirestams picmenu for FPP/Flashificator. If you don''t know what I mean, take a look at several tours at my website virtualtours.nl, for example http://www.virtualtours.nl/panorama/C-Mine/index.html.

I't's not that difficult to make something that resembles this in Pano2VR using pictures as hotspots which link to other individual panoramas, but I'd like to know if it is possible to integrate alll these panoramas in one project, so that the background sound or music and several graphic elements do not have to start all over again after each panorama loads.
