Issue scaling images in the skin editor

Using the skin editor and setting a scaling factor for an image, the image in the skin editor is not shown scaled. The generated skin works fine though, images are shown scaled there. This makes positioning the images in the editor a bit of a trial and error excercise.

I''ve tried it with PNG's and not with other formats. I'm using 3.1.0 64 bit but I'm not sure if this happened in previous versions.

I hope you can solve this and make a great product even better.

(Since this is about the editor and not a skin itself, I decided to use this forum and not the skin forum. I hope that's ok)
