Hotspot editor still gives a hotspot covering the whole image. Hotspot frames are black, (8bit PNG 50 % ((0x0200))indexed). The cursor shown is the undefined hotspot type 'undf'.
The cubic tiles are JPGs also compressed at 50% disregarding what quality setting I try. Preview tiles are also compressed at 50%.
Default setting could perhaps be adjusted to more normal:
Image Quality 90 -> 40
Motion Quality Low -> Normal
Static Quality Max -> High
And Panorama Viewing Parameters:
FoV 50.0
Min 20.0
Max 80.0
