There is a new beta version with these bugfixes online:
* fixed crash bug while remapping with certain image sizes. This also sometimes produced a thin black line
* Thumbnail output: disabled "height" value changes with "width" value
* MacOS: dmg changed to different compression format, compatible to Mac OS 10.3.9
* Bugfix: Cancel during remapping didn't canceled the file creation
* Typo: Mercator projection
* Win: Installer shows new logos
* Win: Update to QT 4.3.1 DLLs
