Jagged borders on images when rotating

Hi guys,
I´m trying to make some customized loading elements but I have a problem when rotating them.
They get a jagged border during the action of rotation, but once they stop they look Ok again.
I´ve tried using PNG-8, PNG-24 and SVGs, with no luck

Perhaps you could try to uncheck the option "Decrease quality while moving" in Flash Output, see if it helps. Secondly, I would strongly recommend to use Vector images rather than raster, especially if they are so basic like single color circles.
