Error with Installation on Windows 7

Hi
My PC has been converted from XP to Windows 7 and am trying to reinstall my version of Pano2VR (2.3.4).
I gives an error
"Error opening file for writing"
C:\Program Files\Pano2VR\pano2vr.exe
Click Abort to stop .... Retry to try again .... Ignore to skip.

I have Admin rights over my machine.
The download file is pano2vr_install_2_3_4.exe size 11,735kb

Any ideas?

redownload the file and try again? i am running win7 64x, no problems.
