Hello All, I've ran into this before but need a refresher please. I have a 25 panorama tour with maps hotspots etc that works more than fine locally. I have given the files to a client who has uploaded them to the respected server. The swf file shows up,"fullscreen" works but the hotspot links do not. Is it the flash security settings at the clients end? Where may I point them so I feel I can resolve the situation, or at least help.

Cheers,

Jay

Hi
Here's a good place to start: http://gardengnomesoftware.com/wiki/Fla ... y_Settings
But is sounds like this is not the issue if the files are uploaded, flash Security only effects local playback.
I would suggest your customer looks at the file path, make sure any folder's etc have the same name as you provided.

Sounds like you need to put the base path in the flash params. Search here for base.
