Hey,
new day, new problem
Today it's the batching processing-thing.
I think I do it exactly like its described here: http://gardengnomesoftware.com/wiki/Pano2VR_-_Droplets .
But when I click on the "Run..." button pano2vr just rescales my images.
Here are 3 screenshots to show you what I do and what happens.
What I am wondering about is screenshot 3. Here you can see, that the flash-settings are gone?!
If you can't see the images:

Hi Nikolai
What do you want to do exactly
The tutorial only talks about Droplets and Batch Processing panorama images; batch possessing p2vr files is different.
When you batch process p2vr files, it’s like opening the file and clicking the Create All button and closing it again.
You can not change any settings; this is useful if you made changes to a skin and wanted to update all the p2vr files that used it.
I say this because your pictures show you using p2vr files. Try setting up a batch and using the panorama images instead.

Ah, ok I got it! That was my mistace.
I have already put some hotspots to the panoramas in p2vr files so I think its better to create new flash settings for every p2vr file, then Setting up a batch and use the panorama Images, right?
Furthermore I would like to add a skin to the panorama-tour, is it right that I only have to add it to the first p2vr file (the Panorama with which the tour starts?

One more little question.
Like here http://gardengnomesoftware.com/wiki/Hotspot_Tutorial described I am building a map.
I just realized that I imported my spots on the map (in the example the pink dot) as a button and not as it is described in the tutorial as an image.
Is it a big problem?
