I want the ability to get text from the file.
Also I want to create offline tours without html (AC3). So It would be great to have powerful coding tolls in skin editor.

Apart from some of the above, I'd like to have the ability to save changed/default settings in the Output dialogues and User Data.

Hi
1. Lensflare effect
2. Linking panos/hotspots through xml
perhaps defining transition mode in the xml too
and even linking to files in the skin via xml (see mail below from xhalemedia )
3. easy embedding of external images/swf (not using the common text mod.)

Hi all, looking forward to playing with the new beta!
one wish for the future would be the multiple usage of a single image within the skin. rather than each time you add an element it makes a new png in the gsk. this would help keep file sizes down when making tours with many nodes linked through the skin.
many thanks again

I voted for (in my prefered order) :
- Preload other scene (I think it's a VERY important feature)
- Scene transition
I would like to see some time managment in the skin editor. ie : the ability to start some action when some other is done or "on click, go back to the initial status of elements" sort of thing. But I get this is a lot of work to do to achieve...
And Thanks Thomas for this new beta.

I also want
ALL of the above, though I don't mind parting with
some cash!
I also thought it a fair question to ask what two items Pano2VR users class as their priority features wish in the hope that the winning features would be fast tracked by Thomas to keep the faith. What will all the other "brands" leading the way in "some" aspects. I find it interesting to see what people think is most important features for their use.

After what's been going on in the Panoguide Forum, it's good to see a fightback.
I don't think Trausti has discovered us (yet), so we can really ignore FPP.
How about an underground anti-Trausti discussion?

I voted "scene transition"..it is very abrupt when switching.
And I would really like for it to save the skin with/next to the project file, and set the path to that skin when saving the project file..perhaps my work-flow is wrong?

Hey, I learned something useful today, I found the meaning of "goose"!

Great, now at least I know where to look up what you're talking about every now and then
Cheers!

Erik,
If there is a way to take something I write the wrong way you certainly know how to misinterpret it.
Here's a tip: Think the total opposite to what ever normally crosses your mind when reading my posts.
I'm glad you are now educated on what a "goose" is, because there are plenty around and you should watch out for our ruffled feathered friends.
