Hi I think this is a bug as I've had it on two different machines, both running Vista.
Open a large cubic pano as a strip 16000x2700 px File opens but when selecting hotspot editor the application starts to create a png file the hangs with an Out of Memory error.
If however I convert to equirectanglar all is ok and hotspot editor works.
