Image Alignment/Shift in Photshop

Hi,
This is a Photoshop question really. I have two images taken at different time from the exact same location. The idea is to show a before and after effect. I have seen a couple on here one was a day/night scene the other a before and after.
Although the images where taken at the same spot, the center of the images are offset from each other so when the $cur info is passed from one pano to the other, they do not look in the same direction.
There must be a way in Photoshop to align the images together, but I can't seem to find it.

Use Filter/Other/Offset
*Wrap Around

Yes, and please make sure that the Wrap is selected so that pixels that [offset] fall off the right image side appear on the left image side.

Also you can tilt UP using this PS offset option like the left/right offset.. offsetting will wrap pixels from the top down to the bottom. Good way to get rid of the zenith star
