I used to use Tourweaver 4.0 before giving Pano2VR a try. I noticed that with Pano2VR my panos looked a lot worse - straight lines were squiggly, things that were straight in Tourweaver were now squiggly or broken in Pano2VR.
Right side is Pano2VR. Left side is Tourweaver. Both used the same original files. Notice the top of the picture frame. In Tourweaver it's straight and in Pano2VR it's got a really noticable bend in it. The door frame and dresser are noticably straighter in Tourweaver, but squiggly in Pano2VR.

What's going on?
Pano2VR squiggly and unforgiving.
Hi
Tried to fiddle with flash settings?
Click Parameters button, and try to set Render Quality to 11, and under Advanced settings set Sensitivity to 12.
That should help
Cheers

Here is an original file. Not perfect, but Pano2VR made kinks in otherwise good parts of the stitch.k.ary.n wrote:These look more like stitching errors to me. Can you post a link to the files instead? Or better, give us some details on the settings you used?

In the flash, the mirror and left windows have significant kinks in them, but in the original file they are straight. The stitch isn't perfect, but Pano2VR seems to have accentuated ALL the flaws.
EDIT: Looks like the kinks are due to render quality being set too low. Setting it to 10 fixes the kinks. I had originally set it low because it was chugging some machines that ran it.
Yes, such a low render quality will do that...
However, this popping effect you get when moving the movie is caused from having the "Decrease Quality During Movement" option enabled in conjunction with the low render quality. Disable this when using such a low render quality.
However, I would suggest to increase your render quality to about 9 and then decrease the frame rate. Lowering the frame rate will help lower the need for processing power.
I hope this helps!

Also, if still have previous version, try to upgrade flash player to v10.
It runs panos much smoother.
