macos_2_2_3, codec overrun?

Hi,
tried download 2.2.3 Mac.
Stopped first download when I had got 27.5 of 16.2 MB!
Second try I managed to download the 16.2 but it failed to mount, reason: codec overrun.
My slow connection here and sometime dropouts of connection (Cambodia) might be a reason? Are others having problem with this download?
