Loader, where has it gone?

I downloaded and installed version 2.2.2 and discovered there is no longer anywhere to set the loader characteristics - color and position.
I see there is still a basic %loaded that comes up (in white) but no loader bar.

Is there a "new" loader set up and where is it?

Change output to Flash 8 and the old loader is there to be edited as you please.

With Flash 9/10 you must build or modify the loader with the Skin Editor.

I found it in the skin editor and was able to figure out how to get this to appear - although it wasn't very user friendly even with the help file.
